Armada Nowlit Acquired Natural Gas Assets in Alberta to Power 50MW Data Center
The Court of the King’s Bench of Alberta has approved Armada Nowlit’s acquisition of distressed natural gas assets located in Wabasca-Desmarais, Municipal District of Opportunity. The acquired assets are expected to support the power supply of a 50MW data center.

Armada Energy Unveils Major Investment Plan in Alberta's Energy Sector with Support from Invest Alberta
Armada Energy, in collaboration with Invest Alberta, has announced a USD 200 million investment plan in Alberta. Our strategy focuses on acquiring underutilised oil and gas assets and developing distributed energy infrastructure to power compute clusters that optimize wasted energy resources and foster equitable energy systems. We have successfully partnered with Nowlit Power Corp. to bid on a project in the province and are actively exploring further acquisition opportunities.
